Flo Small is an Ormond Beach, FL resident with a humanitarian attitude and a huge heart. Flo's fund was started to honor her and provide a financial buffer for children and families in need.

Flo's Fund has covered direct service fees for families who cannot afford to pay and are in need of advocacy, peer and family support. Additional ways Flo's Fund has been used: providing snacks, health and safety supplies, assistance with bills, bedding, clothing and other resources. Flo's Fund will continue to be used to bridge the gap so basic needs of children and families are met.
When a family comes to Problem Zolved and they are not able to afford the fee schedule, a variety of payment options will be explored.

Among them, Step Up For Students Scholarships, referral based discounts, referring out to insurance reimbursed providers, provision of a superbill, free or reduced consultation, collaborative short term service offerings, and other options are explored.

This donation will be matched (up to $500) by Problem Zolved and used to build a safety net for first responders. The service offering includes: reduced cost to First Responder to access strategies to identify, reduce and mitigate the risks associated with their experiences.
